Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges so please make sure you look at the size chart carefully before ordering. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect we are happy to replace it (as long as it is still in stock) or refund your order (if it is sold out). If there is a problem with your order, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving it and it must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

How should I care for my item?

Many of our customers wash and dry their Trendy Little Camper garments normally. However, if you wish to resell your items on our B/S/T board or want them to look new longer, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging or laying flat to dry.

To keep colors looking vibrant, you can also do a vinegar soak before first wash.  You can find instructions {here}.

How does your brand run?

Our brand is very true to size (TTS).  You can find a size chart on most all of our products.  All measurement on done with the garment laying flat.

What does RTS mean?

RTS= Ready to ship.  We do a mix of pre orders and ready to ship.  We will have preorders clearly labeled, but please make sure you read carefully so you will know when to expect your order.

How long does shipping take?

For all of our RTS items we strive to get them out as quickly as possible, most within 1-3 days of when you order.  However, large loads on release nights may take a few days longer to get out, but know our goal is always to get orders out as soon as possible.

Pre-Order items will vary in delivery time based on the volume ordered, but it is safe to assume it will take around 6 weeks.  

I just got word that you oversold, why did this happen?

Due to high volume/traffic, sometimes our site over-sells an item.  We hate when this happens but have no way to control it in the moment.  IF this happens, we will refund your oversold item and do our best to rectify the mistake for you.

How will I know if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, it will say "sold out" on the picture.  On release nights if you get a message saying "inventory issues" when you check out, KEEP REFRESHING!  This does not mean that it is sold out, but that someone else is trying to buy at the same time you are.

Do you offer local pick up?  

Yes! If you live in Clarksville, TN or Orange Co., CA you can choose local pick up and email us at trendylittlecamper@gmail.com to set up a time to pick up your order.
